


Under the Sea | Cake & High Tea Party
Learn to stack a classic double chocolate Sponge with a Creamy chocolate ganache filling, apply a crumb coat with vanilla buttercream. Jess will teach a range of decorating techniques such as; icing, scraping, smoothing, filling, colouring, rolling and moulding fondant figures. Attach rice paper and a wave motion top layer.
Mould and create a sea turtle, starfish, mermaid tail and a mixture of sea shells & sea urchins. Finish your masterpiece off with a wave look icing, rice wafer waves & pearl sprinkles, ready to take home in your cake box to enjoy!
A tasty high tea will be included with an assortment of baked goods & beverages
There is a separate, seated parents area. If your child is under the age of 6, we ask that a guardian stays for the duration of this time.
