Under The Sea
Dive into this under the sea experience with Jess, learn to stack a classic double chocolate Sponge with a Creamy chocolate ganache filling, apply a crumb coat with vanilla buttercream. Jess will teach a range of decorating techniques such as; icing, scraping, smoothing, filling, colouring, rolling and fondant work.
Mould and create a sea turtle, starfish, mermaid tail, sea shells & sea urchins to add texture and an artistic flare to your cake creation! Finish your masterpiece off with a wave look icing, rice paper waves & pearl sprinkles. All ready to take home in your cake box to enjoy!
A tasty high tea will be included, with baked goods & beverages to snack on during the cake session.
There is a separate, seated parents area. Children under the age of 6 require a guardian to stay for the duration.
The class will run for a duration of 3 hours.
Apron included during the workshop.

This sea creatures cookie and cupcake class if full of colour and texture! Learn techniques in fondant work; colour, roll and mould your sea creations to add to your two delicious vanilla cookies.
Jess will teach you piping skills and how to apply a creamy and bright buttercream onto your cupcake.
Top with a mini turtle and starfish, along with sprinkles to finish! A custom sea themed box is included to take your baked goods home in.

Workshop duration: 1.5 hours
