


Kids Term Baking Classes
A beginners baking class for kids who enjoy being in the kitchen and wish to extend their experience and skill set!
These classes will help indiviguals gain confidence in the kitchen, bakers will be able to apply their skills at home.
Offering techniques in baking preparations in both sweet and savoury. Measuring, mixing, recipe reading, appliance use & lots more! Recipies are included along with a denim apron, baking kit and recipe folder to take home each week along with their baked goods.
Term 2 menu
Chocolate caramel pretzel brownie
Loaded chocolate brownie with a Creamy caramel drizzle, topped with salted pretzels & bunny moulds
Shrewsbury cookies
Cut-out sugar cookies, sandwiched with a jam filling - cookie dough preperation, setting, rolling, cutting, shaping and filling techniques.
Homemade pizzas
Create a pizza dough from scratch, roll, shape and layer your mini rounds pizzas with a range of toppings and bake until golden.
Raspberry & chocolate sponge coconut Lamingtons
Bake a light Sponge cake, squared & dipped in Raspberry & chocolate toppings dusted with coconut.
Carrot Cake cupcakes & cream cheese frosting
Moist carrot cake muffins topped with a smooth cream cheese frosting and hand made fondant carrot toppers and sprinkles.
Savoury pinwheel scrolls
Master a scone recipe from scratch; bind, roll out and layer with toppings ready to slice, bake and enjoy at home.
Passionfruit cheesecake with edible florals
Crumbed malt base layered with a rich cheesecake mousse with passionfruit syrup. Topped with chocolate chards and edible flowers.
Marshmallow slice
Bake a shortcake base with layered home-made marshmallow and top with freeze dried Raspberry. Take your slice home to set over night.
Filo quiches & rolled lolly cake
The last class is both a savoury and sweet class. Layer and fill filo pasties with a egg & cheese mixture & prepare a lolly cake roll to take home and slice.
