Adults Deluxe Cake Party
The deluxe cake party is the perfect party to celebrate with friends, learn a new skill socially or celebrate your staff with this fun and interactive work function activity.
Jess's private cake decorating class for adults is a delightful and unforgettable hands on learning experience! The perfect activity to celebrate together in a creative way in the comfort of your oen home or local venue. Will it be for the perfect girls night out? A birthday celebration? A bridal shower or hen's do? Or celebrating your staff with the best work function yet !
Jess will take care of everything, from the stunning table settings, to all needed equipment and ingredients to lead and support you and your guests with essential skills in cake decorating.
Learn fundamental cake decorating skills & techniques:
☆ Correctly stack 3 sponge cakes
☆Cake levelling, filling and icing.
☆ Buttercream making demonstation
☆ Cake & buttercream recipies
☆Smooth & scrape a top icing coat
☆ Detailed ruffles or a ganache drip
☆ Fondant colouring, moulding & shaping
☆ Chocolate work
☆Positioning cake toppers & decorations
☆ sprinkle medley & application
Jess will take you through a detailed and complex 3 hour cake decorating class, each guest will take decorating skills that they can practise at home.
Indivigual cakes with be secured in a cake box for safe transport.
Jess can travel to any location or venue in the dunedin area, her home is also available for hire with upto 7 guests maximum. For enquiries about hosting a party out of town please Enquire to creativewithjess.nz@gmail.com. She has traveled as far as Queenstown and tekapo so far.
What is required for a cake party:
○ A clear shelf in your fridge for setting the mini cakes, this can be cleared just before they are placed in.
○ Accessible microwave if needed.
○ Small amount of kitchen bench space for Jess’s equipment.
○ Dining table, tressle table or kitchen bar with enough space for each guest to either stand or sit at.
This deluxe party package will also include:
♡ Candyfloss machine! …to add to the party experience
♡ Choice of cake flavour; vanilla & berries, red velvet & cream cheese, banana & caramel or double chocolate sponges.
♡ Cake fillings of either ganache or compot to match your flavour choice. deluxe medly sprinkles.
Treats platter and mocktails can be added upon request.
