Host your very own party for your child's birthday celebration… learn hands on skills in cake decorating by stacking a mini 3 layered cake, ice and smooth. Jess will walk party guests through a step by step class. Using chocolate moulds, working with fondant; colouring, rolling and mounding into shapes and figures to suit your chosen theme. Each cake boxed up for safe transport home.
For Adults
Celebrate with friends and learn fundamental cake decorating skills in stacking, Leveling and icing with a fresh buttercream shown by demonstration. Jess will take you through a detailed class to gain confidence in using these skills at home. Learn smoothing techniques and make decorations with chocolate mounds and fondant to suit your chosen theme. Each guest will take home the cake Sponge, buttercream and ganache recipe along with their finished cake.
Treats platter and beverages can be added upon request.
Cupcake Parties
For Kids
Host an engaging and skill filled celebration for your event, Jess will run the entertainment for your party teaching your guests creative skills with buttercream piping, working with fondant; colouring, rolling and moulding it into shapes and figures to suit your chosen theme.
For Adults
Celebrate with friends and together learn how to create a silky buttercream recipe from scratch, filled piping bags with assorted nozzles. Jess will take you step by step through working with fondant to colour, mould and create detailed Toppers for your cupcakes. Treats platter and beverages can be added upon request.
